GC4035 is a secure grade for high productive P30 applications and also a grade that is tough enough for the most difficult steel machining in the P35 area.
The grade has a combination of a new top performing CVD coating and a substrate that is both tough and has a very good resistance to plastic deformation. This has made it possible to cover both high productive steel applications as well as difficult intermittent steel machining applications - and still with top performance!
