Carmex Mini Tools Available In Inch Sizes

Originally introduced in metric configurations, Carmex’s Mini Tools line is now available in standard inch dimensions.

The Mini Tools line joins the Carmex Tiny Tools and Swiss-Style tooling in an expanded selection of high precision, multi-function tools designed for small size applications and Swiss-style machining.

By incorporating long-reach carbide shank toolholders featuring through coolant with an extensive selection of quick indexing coated inserts, manufacturers can accomplish high performance threading, turning, grooving, boring, and chamfering in both conventional and hard materials. Threads with large pitch/profile, long thread generation, and applications requiring over-hang can be machined with vibration resistance and long reach, thanks to the carbide shank toolholder. Mini Tool inserts feature BLU submicron grade carbide and advanced PVD triple layer coating for high heat resistance, smooth cutting operation, and long life.
