The CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder Model QT425R is a heavy-duty grinding machine capable of completely grinding small tools in one chucking. Unattended tool production is achieved with the GE Fanuc Robot which seamlessly loads and unloads tools. The QT425R is equipped with a probe system for tool location and measuring that offers tool regrinding capabilities. This compact grinding machine, QT425R, can manufacture solid carbide or high speed steel (HSS) with the foremost performance cutting tools such as; cylindrical end mills, tapered end mills, drills, step drills, burs, port tools, thread mills and special requirements tools. Utilizing the GE Fanuc Series 160i cutting edge CNC control and the user-friendly software, our QT425R ensures an extremely precise tool quality with a quick return on your investment.
