Fall River, MA - A line of flexible cotton fiber impregnated abrasive grinding discs that are ideal for the light grinding and blending of welds on contoured surfaces is available from Rex-Cut Products, Inc. of Fall River, Massachusetts.

Rex-Cut Cut-N-Finish Discs are constructed of multiple layers of cotton fiber that are fully impregnated with aluminum oxide abrasives and pressed and bonded together to constantly expose fresh abrasives as they work. Pressed into a waffle pattern that runs cool, they are offered in a flexible bond that can easily follow contoured surfaces for the light grinding and blending of MIG and TIG welds on tanks and vessels in one step.

Capable of producing a 32 RMS finish on stainless steel and non-loading on aluminum, Rex-Cut Cut-N-Finish Discs will last up to 20 times longer than flap- and resin fiber discs, claims the firm. Available in flexible and medium bonds with A24, A36, A54, and A80 grit sizes, these discs come in 4", 4-1/2", and 7" dia. sizes. They are also suitable for flat surfaces.

Rex-Cut Cut-N-Finish Discs are priced according to grit, size, and quantity.
