Billed as the first-of-its-kind carbide insert for aluminum and aluminum alloy facemilling, the H10 can increase spindle uptime 25–50% and throughput to 30%. It also improves accuracy, surface finish, cutting edge security, and extends tool life.
These aluminum grade inserts have sharper edges, a 15° high positive rake angle, and optimized chipbreaking geometry, which delivers cleaner, burr-free cuts with less vibration. They work well with magnesium and other lightweight metals as well as on composites, bronze, and titanium alloys.
