Delta drills feature a carbide tip designed to allow extra regrinding and improved tool economy. The tools are said to offer both precision and surface finish superior to indexable-insert and exchangeable-tip drills.
The drills feature laser-marked shanks for easy identification. Users can choose from two coatings: Balinit Futura, which offers improved wear resistance in ISO P and K applications; and Balinit HardLube coating, which provides extremely low friction and improves chip evacuation and wear resistance in P, M, and K applications.
