Wiper for High Feed Machining
Our new Wiper inserts - the unique productivity boosters - are innovative inserts for semi-finish and finish turning.
Wiper inserts can be used for most types of machining and should be considered as first choice since they give you an increase in productivity.
Since the Wiper concept now is extended by 12
T-MAX P triangular inserts, we can today offer you C, D, T and W negative inserts as well as C-style 7 degree positive inserts.
The new negative T-style inserts give you six cutting edges and are designed to work at 91 and 93 degree entering angle.
Wiper for all materials
Our Wiper inserts are available in grades for machining in all material types: Steel (ISO P), Stainless Steel (ISO M) and Cast Iron (ISO K). The Wiper inserts in nickel free cermet grades combine the good properties from both cemented carbide and standard cermet. The toughness has been significantly improved.
Our Wiper geometries -WF for finishing and -WM for semi-finishing offer you a fantastic opportunity to replace grinding and halve the cycle time in finish turning.
