AAC Engineered Systems was founded in 1986 and immediately turned its attention to building a first-of-its-kind unit – the Saturn 3000, a 60 cubic foot centrifugal barrel system with a level of automation and throughput far beyond anything available at the time. This first system made a fast impression in the industry. It also established AAC Engineered Systems as designers of simple, effective "bulletproof" production machinery with a flair for heavy-duty applications and advanced material handling. Recognizing the opportunity for smaller operations to enjoy the benefits of high-energy finishing technology, AAC soon designed the more compact centrifugal disc finishing system – the Mercury 400.
With a full array of parts finishing solutions, AAC continues to extend its expertise into other areas of manufacturing automation. Material handling systems and production automation solutions designed by AAC consistently earn customer praise as thoughtful, reliable, and well-built. And every AAC system, whether it's a standard Mercury or a totally customized system, is designed to exact customer requirements or requests. Today, AAC Engineered Systems is a fully integrated operation. Design, fabrication, and assembly all take place in AAC's Cinnaminson, NJ location.
The benefits of AAC's capabilities are enjoyed by many small and medium-sized manufacturing companies, as well as international giants who seek to modernize, change, expand or improve their manufacturing operations.
