American Monforts Corporation through its excellent employees is committed to the finest service in all areas. This includes the sales staff, and all support staff of technical support, engineering support, and spare parts support. American Monforts has established a 24 hour per day, seven day per week, toll free HOTLINE for all of our customers. Any and all calls for service or spare parts should be answered within one hour after a request has been made.
Working out of our 25,000 sq. ft. facility, American Monforts has in excess of a $2,000,000.00 spare parts inventory. Also we house numerous technical service field representatives and installation technicians for service throughout North American.
All drives, controls, and computerization is done in the Charlotte area. Components parts generally are available through various sources as well as American Monforts. American Monforts Corporation also encourages a modem with our customers so that we may diagnose and fix many electrical problems without requiring a service visit. Expediting service calls is utmost in our commitment to our customers. Should it be required, small electrical repairs can be done in-house in order to minimize down time.
