ADC has provided thousands of tooling solutions to its customers since 1979. Our services support the complete spectrum of manufacturing planning and tooling needs, from prototype through full production projects. We accept design-build, design-only, and build-to-print orders for individual tools or complete subassembly.

Since our beginnings, we have led the way in the application of CAD/CAM technology to tooling solutions. Today, our tool engineers operate a large number of CATIA, Unigraphics, Pro/Engineer and Autocad CAD/CAM systems. We design tools from engineered designs defined by solid models to legacy specifications.

Our 220,000 sq. ft. facility features NC machining, metal forming, controlled environment welding and tool assembly capabilities. We also operate a soft tooling department. Experienced machinists, welders and tool builders use these resources to provide high quality tooling at competitive rates.

ADC has supported the tooling needs of hundreds of companies, including Boeing, Lockheed, Northrop Grumman, Bombardier, Airbus, Bell Helicopter, Raytheon Aircraft, Dee Howard, Piper and TRW. When necessary, we provide on-site Integrated Product Team (IPT) members to support planning, tool concepts, design reviews, tool installation and training.
