Bloomfield Hills, MI /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ - ARCH Cutting Tools Corp. ("ARCH") announces the acquisition of BMWG, LLC, a manufacturer of indexable and solid round tools, located in Gallatin, Tennessee. The new acquisition will join ARCH Cutting Tools, further solidifying ARCH as an industry leader in precision custom tooling.

With its state-of-the-art facility and equipment, BMWG specializes in designing and manufacturing custom indexable and solid carbide round tools for a diverse and ever-growing customer base.
