Carboloy, Inc., A Seco Tools Company and finish face milling cutters for cast-iron applications have extra-close-pitch geometry that permits high feed rates for faster milling cycle times and increased productivity. The cutters also provide a simple axial adjustment that reduces axial runout to a minimum, extending insert life and helping to optimize surface finish. Cast-iron roughing cutters use double-sided square inserts with pressed-in positive geometry.

They are available in either one-piece or cap designs in diameters from 3 to 20 in. Available in four designs and standard diameters from 3 to 20 in., finishing cutters use SEEX 42 inserts with a wide wiper flat to produce the best possible surface finish.
