The Equalizer clamp automatically equalizes pressure on each side of the workpiece as clamping force is increased, eliminating deflection and the risk of scrap from clamping distortion. The clamp can be used with grid pattern primary tooling, which uses tapped holes to hold the clamp anywhere it is needed, or it can be fastened to table T-slots, tooling plates, or dedicated fixtures. Overall height of the unit is 3 in.; the clamp is also available with base higher-profile rocker arms for clamping workpieces up to 2 in. thick.
