Coolant Wizard portable coolant recycling systems use an on-board ozone generator to kill bacteria, fungus, yeast molds, and cysts that cause odors and shorten coolant life. The systems also remove tramp oil and other contaminants, and use a dual filtration system—the filters are the only consumables used by the system—to remove fine particles that impair workpiece surface finishes and shorten tool life. Two models are available: the larger Coolant Wizard can process a typical 50-gal sump in 1.5 hr; the Wiz Junior can recondition a typical 50-gal sump in 4.5 hr.
