Dynabrade Introduces New 5" Diameter Right Angle Vacuum Disc Sander

Clarence, NY - Dynabrade, Inc. is proud to introduce a new 5" Diameter Vacuum Disc Sander. This new tool allows for efficient coatings removal with the capture of the actual contaminants to the vacuum source.

This new tool features a powerful 1.3 hp air motor for smooth, controlled sanding. The Unique Vacuum Shroud diverts dust and debris to the vacuum source. The right angle design of the tool features a vacuum shroud with brushes to assist in the capture of airborne contaminants

These 12,000-RPM Disc Sanders power 5" diameter Abrasive Discs for material removal on non-ferrous surfaces such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, painted aluminum and more. As the tool is sanding, the Vacuum Shroud captures dust, debris and contaminants including Hexavalent Chromium to the vacuum source - ensuring a cleaner, safer workplace.

The Right Angle Disc Sander includes a 5" diameter-backing pad for use with Abrasive Discs. The tool also features an insulated handle, a side handle for two hand operation and a safety-lock throttle lever to prevent accidental start up. This Central Vacuum Sander is ready for connection to external or central vacuum systems. This is an essential vacuum tool for aerospace, automotive, marine and transportation industries.
