Other features further contribute to this new line's superior and lasting performance. To ensure a longer life, ER coolant collets are made of durable solid steel, and contain no wearable rubber or silicone parts. Discs, seals, plugs and other special hardware are not required. In addition, with Lyndex ER coolant collets, drill insertion need not be longer than the collet length.

Lyndex ER coolant collets are designed for use with cylindrical shank tools (no flats), in diameters ranging from 4 - 26 mm, with a maximum coolant pressure of 1000 psi.
Lyndex ER coolant collets are readily available from stock. Lyndex also stocks ER
tapping collets in most ANSI sizes. Special sizes may be available upon request
