These machines are ideal for inside range diameters of 25,1 mm to 381 mm (.990 in. to 15 in.) with stroke lengths of 153 to 3658 mm (6 in. to 144 in.), and maximum outer diameters of 419 mm (16.5 in.). The many superior operating features are the product of decades of bore sizing experience and the latest advanced technologies. A built-in load meter indicates high and low spots in the bore, allowing the operator to adjust the stroke as required. A wide variety of workpieces can be accurately positioned and securely held by the adjustable workholding fixture.

Sunnen's Modular Honing Tool System continually compensates for stock removal and stone wear, keeping the operation running at peak efficiency. An automatic cycle timer is preset and resets automatically at the end of each cycle. Easy-to-set stroke stops make setup quick and easy.
