H&S Tool Job Proven New Flange Facer

Wadsworth, OH - The H&S Tool model BF is a compact, portable flange-reconditioning tool. The BF is a highly versatile, accurate tool that has been converted from the popular, field proven model H&S model B tube machining tool. The model BF is able to apply 3 different surface finishes from 63 to 250 RMS with an automatic feed. It has a wide working range, from ¾" I.D. to 8" O.D. (191.0 203.2 mm), to square and refinish flange faces and bolt hole patterns. A tight-clearance package is available to allow the BF to work in areas as small as 2-3/4" (69.9 mm). Maximum working reach on the tight-clearance package is limited to 5-1/2" (139.7 mm). Locking in the I.D. of the tube, the BF is self-centering and locks securely to remove torque transfer from the operator.

The BF is powered by reliable pneumatic motor that provides low-cost operation and long life with minimal service.
