Magnetic Jaw Plate and Parallel Set

Minneapolis, Minnesota: Kurt announces introduction of its new Magnetic Jaw Plate and Parallel Set. The set comes complete with two jaw plates, each embedded with a powerful rare earth magnet for holding the parallels in place. This frees the hands for holding and clamping the workpiece.
Designed for use with all Kurt 6 inch vises, the new Magnetic Jaw Plate and Parallel Set is designed to make part clamping faster, easier and more accurate. The set includes two different size Kurt GrooveLock workstops for fast alignment of parts on the jaw plates. Due to their patented wedge-lock design, these workstops do not interfere with the part or spindle.
The 11 piece Magnetic Jaw Plate and Parallel Set includes everything needed to enhance any 6 inch vise setup. Included are: • 2 ea. 3/16" x 1" ground steel parallels • 2 ea. 3/16" x 1-1/4" x 6" ground steel parallels • 2 ea. 3/16" x 1-3/4" x 6" ground steel parallels • 1 D60-7-MAG hardened jaw plate with rare earth magnet • 1 D60-315-MAG hardened GrooveLock jaw plate with rare earth magnet • 1 WSRL46 Kurt GrooveLock workstop • 1 WSRLE46 Kurt GrooveLock extended workstop • 1 wooden storage box.
