The model M5020FL manual pallet system can increase productivity on vertical machining centers with 50 x 20 in. travels by allowing all part load/unload and job setup operations to be performed offline.
Said to adapt easily to existing and new machines, the compact system mounts at the front of the machining center. Unique telescoping shuttle legs allows complete access to machine chip/coolant drawers.
Complete pallet exchange occurs in only seconds. Standard pallet load capacity is 500 lb; 2000-lb capacity models are optional. The heavy-duty model includes the company's unique Dual Air Blast feature to assist in chip removal and to help assure ±0.0001-in. repeatability accuracy.
