The JetMill series of milling tools now includes standard tools for contour cutting, profiling, ramping, and holemaking. Examples of new tools include the ECC chamfer mill, for deburring and chamfering holes from 0.200 in. to 1.770 in. diam with a single tool; the omni-directional ESD mill, which can plunge to 9 mm deep, contour, profile, and interpolate a helical path; and ERD mills, which use round inserts with wiper flats. ESD tools are available in 1- and 1.5-in. diams, while ERD mills are offered in ¾-, 1-, and 1.5-in. diam endmills and up to 4-in. diam shell milling cutters.
