Multi-Collet Fixtures

Beere Precision Productsulti-collet fixtures let users gang-machine small parts to reduce setups and improve productivity. The fixtures feature a patented alignment feature that maintains radial workpiece position even under heavy milling operations. The fixtures allow horizontal or vertical workpiece orientation, and come in standard, in-line, and indexing inline styles. Users can also choose from mechanical or air-over-hydraulic locking; the latter system uses a portable booster that quick-connects to shop air to provide maximum output pressure of 4125 psi.
