Schmidt Narrow Wheel Dresser is designed to dress the sides of a grinding wheel rapidly to a very thin size. The rotating cluster diamond directs the pressure up into the grinding wheel eliminating side pressure of a single point diamond. The Narrow Wheel Dresser will dress a wheel from 1/4" to .040" in one pass in less than one minute. Wheels can be dressed to .010" quickly without wheel failure. Rate of stock removal and width depend on wheel structure. The replaceable cluster diamond is impregnated throughout the slug to insure long life.
