New RIDGID CSST Cutter Now Available

Elyria, OH - A new RIDGID Model 151-CSST cutter is now available for making clean, smooth cuts to CSST. The Model 151-CSST cutter is designed with floating nylon guide wheels so that it runs on the corrugations of the track while cutting the flexible gas tubing.

The RIDGID Model 151-CSST uses a quick-acting mechanism that allows the cutter to rapidly adjust from 3/8-inch to 1-inch diameter CSST.

The tubing cutter also utilizes the proven X-CEL feature of a larger, ergonomic knob, which gives users a more firm grip that allows them to apply more force to cut through tubing faster and easier.

"The Model 151-CSST is unique in design because of the nylon guide wheels that keep it on track so that it cuts quickly, cleanly and smoothly. This minimizes rework due to inconsistent or jagged cuts often made by other tubing cutter designs," said Larry Feskanich, product manager, RIDGID.
