The Whirly-Gig handle is designed for light deburring or chamfering in mild materials, and is said to provide an economical alternative to air-driven or electric tools when used with rotary files, deburring and chamfering cutters, and a variety of other tools.
Configured to use 1/4-28 threaded-shank rotary tools, the tool features an offset, drill brace-like handle and shaft that make it well suited for applications such as deburring the hole breakout side of a part while a machine is finishing the other side. The handle and a 7-in.extension can be purchased separately or as part of a package that includes two deburring cutters, two aircraft-style piloted countersinks, and a hole radius tool.
