Rotary Pallet System

The Automatic Rotary Pallet System is designed to increase productivity at new and existing machining centers with traveling column or bridge design and larger pallet systems with pallets up to 80x30 in.

Available with various pallet sizes to adapt to all brands of vertical machining centers (VMCs), the compact, automatic systems exchange pallets in only seconds with ±0.0001 in. repeatability. After the automatic door opens, an electric servo-driven screw transfers the completed pallet from the machining center to the shuttle. The electric servo-driven rotary table then quickly indexes 180° to allow for easy loading and unloading of parts.

The shuttle's rotary design allows all part loading and unloading to be done at the front of the machine. This eliminates the need for the operator to have to walk to the backside of the shuttle to load/unload parts, increasing operator productivity. Controls are located at the front near the VMC's controls for operator convenience.
