With a flame-hardened, stress-relieved vise bed, the ReLock T-680 Single Station Vise is made from 80,000 psi ductile iron and has a powder-coated finish that's durable and resists coolant. Height is 2.875 in. within +0.0005 in. Machined surfaces are square and parallel with 0.001 in. A need bearing promotes greater clamping pressures and the full length opening is 8 in.
The package comes with a machined steel handle, hardened jaws, and a removable chip shield. The unit can be adapted for use with the company's AccuSnap and QuickChange jaws and parallels.
