Engineered to machine holes as small as 0.18 in. in diameter, this line of boring tools offers inserts in 80° diamond and 60° triangle shapes. The indexable inserts are available in coated carbide and advanced cutting grades such as PCBN tipped inserts for machining hardened steels, cast iron, powder metal parts, and superalloys, and PCD tipped inserts for machining nonferrous materials including aluminum, brass, copper, tungsten carbide, and non-metallic materials.

Toolholders, in steel or heavy-metal construction to provide increased rigidity, range from 2½-4 in. long and can machine holes down to 0.18 in. in diameter and from 3½-6 in. for holes down to 0.27 in. diameters.
