Anderson CAD/CAM, Inc. offers complete support of its software. Any system purchased comes with one year of support and upgrades which is renewable annually. We offer telephone support as well as a 24-hour bulletin board service. Any "problem parts" may be sent to our technical support staff for analysis and advice. On-line updates are also available via the bulletin board. For users without a modem, we may be reached by FAX at 612-782-6801. For GeoPOINT users, all post-processors are customized for each machine tool and guaranteed to work.
