Spring Locating Pins

New spring locating pins are designed for fixturing small parts in tight spaces. The pins temporarily deflect when parts are inserted into the fixture, allowing parts to easily snap into place.

The pins are said to be ideal for positioning of either round or flat pieces, and maintain a constant pressure on the workpiece. Two versions are available, one with a seal and one without. The sealed version is recommended for applications involving fluids or liquids. Both types are available with plastic, steel, or stainless steel pin and an aluminum body. Lateral holding forces are from 2.2 to 67.5 lb.
