Valenite to feature face milling system, 8 other new products at IMTS
Valenite Inc. (Madison Heights, MI) is planning to bring nine new cutting tool products to IMTS 2000.

Topping the list will be the M750 Hexacut face milling system, which is intended for high-production cast iron milling. The system features five different insert geometries in multiple grades. Inserts have 12 cutting edges each, and are supplied in roughing and finishing geometries with adjustable cartridges for fine finishing.

Among new products to be featured by Valenite at IMTS is the M750 Hexacut face milling system, which uses inserts that provide 12 cutting edges each.

Other recently announced products that will be on display include the QC and Axial Feed milling systems, SV421 grade for turning of nodular and ductile irons, VC770/771 CBN inserts, Q35 ceramic grade for hard turning applications, ValTru rubber collets, new parts washer cleaners, and a new carbide grinding fluid. The company will also show Modco engineered tooling, gaging, and quick delivery tooling capabilities; HSK tooling; and VM modular quick-change tooling for turning, boring, drilling, threading, grooving, and cut-off operations.
