Webcasting video feature can showcase products and processes.
Over the years, the annual Westec machine tool show has been the venue for many new product launches by suppliers of metalworking technology. This year is no exception. Sandvik Coromant (Fair Lawn, NJ) is introducing its new products through a new video presentation that is being shown at Booth 3401. Highlights of Sandvik's product introductions include:
• Wiper inserts for superior finishing operations
• 4000-series steel turning grades
• Cermet grades for finish turning operations
• CoroGrip high precision power chucks.

This new VerticalNet website capability is a result of VerticalNet's alliance with ZillaCast.com to provide webcasting and streaming video services. The capability allows VerticalNet websites to electronically showcase products and services online—either in real time or pre-recorded.
VertCast makes use of the RealNetworks Real Player. Visitors who do not have the required plug-ins can download them free of charge at the VertCast site.
