Designed for machining centers that have small work envelopes, the ReLock Compact Quad vise is a 4-in. wide and 13.9 in. high, eight-station unit. The body is made from 80,000 psi ductile cast iron and ways are flame-hardened to 40 R/C maximum.
Column mounting holes allow the vise to mount directly to the pallet of a horizontal machining center without a baseplate. Units are available with machinable soft or hard jaws, and a mounting kit is included.
