This watertight stainless steel magnetic chuck is designed to simplify workholding on wire EDM machines by producing exceptional holding power for a variety of applications.
The device uses permanent, rare-earth magnets to provide holding power. It can be clamped directly to the machine table to hold parts square and support them with a small rail on the bottom of the chuck. An end stop and removable handle are provided, and two or more chucks can be ganged to hold large workpieces.
