The first CoroCut 1 edged inserts are released for profiling and turning geometries. The unique "rail" design and Corocut's extremely strong clamping system gives you best stability and eliminates vibrations. Ideal for operations with large cutting depths. GC2145 grade
Now included in Q-cut inserts in cut off geometries. It is a PVD coated grade with sharp cutting edge. Still a very tough grade for applications such as parting off bars where the cutting speed ends up at zero at the center. CoroCut is the number one parting and grooving system due to:
