Universal Torque Wrench
9/6/2002
• Safety...
• Cost Savings...
• Quality...
These are the benefits of including a torque wrench and adapters in your toolbox.
Safety because proper torque reduces the possibility of tools flying out of the holder.
Cost Savings because proper torque extends the life of collets, tools, and holders.
Quality because proper torque assures maximum cutting accuracy.
Available ranges are: 30-150 ft/lbs and 45-228 ft/lbs.

ER Mini Nuts
9/6/2002
These nuts are used on collet holders and multi-spindle heads where center or shoulder distances are important.
Use ER High Speed mini nuts for applications where speed exceeds 10,000 RPM’s. They are balanced to G2.5 for 20,000 RPM’s. These nuts are used on collet holders and multi-spindle heads where center or shoulder distances are important. ER Mini Nuts and High Speed Mini Nuts are available for ER8, 11, 16, 20, and 25 toolholders.
ER Coolant Mini Nuts are available for ER16, 25, and 25 toolholders.

Power Coat ER Nuts - Ultra High Speed
9/6/2002
The RH-B series nuts are manufactured to the closest tolerance for ultra high speeds. The eccentric ring is totally round and all the parts of the nuts are precision ground.
These nuts also have a special coating to give up to 75% more clamping pressure against the shank of the tool. Use these nuts in applications where speeds exceed 15,000 RPM’s for the best effect on balancing.
Available for ER11, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40 toolholders.

ER Bearing Nuts
9/6/2002
Friction bearing nuts will increase the clamping pressure on the shank of the tool up to 25% compared to standard clamping nuts. The bearing reduces the friction between the nut and the collet therefore creating more down force on the collet.
This nut is recommended for use with high demand drilling, milling and tapping. The collet must be snapped into the nut for proper assembly.
Available for ER25, 32, 40 toolholders.

Power Coat ER Collet Nuts
9/6/2002
The "Power Coat" nut feaures a permanent, space-age coating that increases clamping pressure up to 75% compared to an uncoated standard ER nut.
More holding power reduces the chance of spinning the shank of the tool inside the collet, which can cause premature failure of the collet.
“Power Coat” nuts also have an eccentric ring that holds the collet inside the nut when turned upside down. They are balanced for high-speed operations.
Available for ER11, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, and 50 toolholders

ER Coolant Collets
9/6/2002
Exclusive design reduces points of failure by 50%!
Proven reliable over the long haul, these collets feature a collapse range of 0.020" and handle coolant pressure up to 1,000 psi.

ER Coolant Bearing Nuts
9/6/2002
Available for ER25, 32, and 40 toolholders.
Friction bearing nuts will increase the clamping pressure on the shank of the tool up to 25% compared to standard clamping nuts. The bearing reduces the friction between the nut and the collet therefore, creating more down force on the collet.
This nut is recommended for use with high demand drilling, milling, and tapping. The collet must be snapped into the nut for proper assembly.

Power Coat Coolant Collet Nuts
9/6/2002
Reduce collet costs by using "Power Coat" coolant collet nuts.
"Power Coat" nuts have up to 75% more clamping pressure than standard nuts. They even hold tighter than bearing nuts and cost a lot less!
Use these nuts for coolant through the tool applications. The nut uses a coolant ring that snaps into the nut and the coolant rings can be ordered for a range of diameters. Each coolant ring has a .020" range.
Used with the coolant ring these nuts can withstand up to 1,500 P.S.I.
For internal coolant fed tools.

ER - TC Rigid Tap Collets
9/6/2002
Use with any standard ER, RD, DR, ESX or BR collet chucks for all rigid tapping jobs.
Special design locks flat-sided tap shanks into collet preventing the tap from spinning inside the collet.
Available in a range of sizes for ER16, 20, 25, 32, and 40. For best results replace standard nut with a "Power Coat" nut to increase clamping pressure by up to 75%. "Power Coat" nuts hold tighter than bearing nuts!

Quick-Change Rigid Tap Collets
9/6/2002
Change worn or broken taps in only 5 seconds.
This collet turns your standard ER, DR, RD, ESX, BR collet chuck into a quick change tapping chuck.
It can be used with an axial compensating tapping head or with a CNC machining center with rigid tapping. It is available in a wide range of sizes for ER16, ER20, ER25, and ER32 sizes.
